How to order a continuation

Ordering more aligners/trays by placing the next continuation order

Congratulations! Your patient has almost completed the first set of aligners and is tracking well and is ready for the next set. Your case chart might look something like below, where you can see the Patient Case, and the list of individual orders below. Click the "Create Next Order" button next to the patient's name to get started:

Ordering a continuation is just the same as . The only difference is you need to pick "continuation" in the Item drop down menu:

As you can see, you have a few options. If there are no tracking issue and the last aligner fits well, you can order a continuation without new impressions. In these cases you can choose "Continuation (Existing Impressions)"

If there have been any restorations since the last order, or the case is not tracking well, then you would choose "Continuation (New Impressions)" to send us new impressions.

And that's it! Just don't forget to let us know how many steps you want us to produce in the "Requested number of steps" box, and include any Special Instructions.
