About the doctor portal

Your custom doctor portal is the central hub for creating, sending, and managing your Orthosnap patients and cases. Within the portal, you can:

  • Create and send new cases

  • Check the status of existing cases you’ve sent us

  • Review invoices and statements

  • Send and receive messages about your cases and treatments
