Navigate to the patients page

When you're ready to get started with sending a new case, navigate to the patients tab in your Doctor Portal and select the I have a new patient button.

New patient order

If your patient requires a clinical evaluation select the Yes, I want an evaluation only button. If not select the No evaluation needed button.

Creating a new case

You will now see the New Patient Order (New Patient) page. This is where you fill out all of the information we need to make your patient a great set of clear aligners.

Enter your patient's information

Get started by entering basic information about your patient. We'll need:

  • Patient first name

  • Patient last name

  • Patient email address

  • Patient birth date

  • Patient gender
