# How to get support

## Help Center

Our [Help Center](https://help.orthosnap.com/en/) has many in-depth articles and tutorials for every aspect of treating patients with the Orthosnap® Clear Aligner System. If you are wondering about a particular topic, and would like more in-depth coverage, head over to the help center to learn more.

## Meetings and video chat support

### Onboarding call

The onboarding call is where our specialists learn about your practice's particular needs and explain how Orthosnap® achieves results in each context. This is typically the first meeting you or your practice will have with Orthosnap®.

### Doctor overview call

If you have a patient case in mind for Orthosnap® treatment, the doctor overview call is when you and an Orthosnap® specialist will review the case details and submit a first case to the lab. If you don't have a case ready for treatment, our specialists will walk you through the doctor portal and case submission process with an example case.

### **Clinical review**

During the clinical review, Dr. Yan Pogorelsky, Orthosnap's founder, will walk you through the entire treatment process for the particular case you have submitted to the lab.
