Creating a shipping label

Once you have filled out the Rx, and are sending us impressions, you can let us know what items you are shipping by toggling the number of the corresponding item. Then, the option at the bottom will change from “Submit to Lab” to "Create Shipping."

Printing your shipping label

Once you click "Create Shipping", the UPS label will generate for you to print:

Lastly, don't forget to click "Submit to Lab" at the top right corner of the to ensure the information is fully submitted to Orthosnap!
